Resolved Question: I really want to move out of California. Any Ideas?

It is just ridiculous here. So, I am looking for areas that don't snow very much (at most 8in a year), don't have a huge population, and have good job and school opportunity. Any Ideas? I have looked at St. George, Utah. Casper, Wy (but it snows alot there), Area close to Albuquerque NM. and others, help me out :) Thanks I understand I need a job, but once I decide on an area, I would look for a job before I move....
